Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Decor Crest, every order is crafted with care and delivered with love. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
 

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the selected delivery time by contacting our support team.
Once your order has been processed or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Midnight and same-day deliveries are not eligible for cancellation due to time-sensitive processing.
 

2. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases where the wrong product is delivered or if the order cannot be fulfilled by us.

No refunds will be processed for:
Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
Unavailability of the recipient at the given address.
Customer’s change of mind after dispatch.
 

3. Product Concerns

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please share an image of the product within 2 hours of delivery with our support team.After verification, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
 

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
