Due to the artisanal nature of these products, slight variations in design, color, shape, or presentation from the images shown on our website may occur. Cakes: Being customized and handcrafted, cakes may differ in decoration, finish, or color tone. Personalization/customization options chosen by customers will be incorporated to the best possible extent. Flowers & Arrangements: As flowers are seasonal, substitutions may be made with equal or higher value blooms while maintaining the overall style. Handmade Items: Variations in size, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects. We ensure that every product delivered matches the spirit, quality, and value represented on our website.

6. Delivery & Address Responsibility

Delivery of perishable items such as cakes and flowers will be attempted only once. In case of incorrect/insufficient address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be provided. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, customization requests, and gift messages while placing the order. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. In case of unavoidable circumstances, Decor Crest reserves the right to substitute with an alternate product of equal or higher value.
 

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled within 30 minutes of the scheduled delivery time. No refunds will be provided once an order is placed, except in cases where the wrong product has been delivered. In such exceptional cases, customers must notify us immediately upon delivery with proper proof (images/details). Decor Crest will review the claim and, if valid, initiate a replacement or refund at its sole discretion. Processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
